In my time in YuGiOh Online I have come across many people, who lets face it are pure jerks. I have been asked a lot recently why I removed TheAmazonGirl from my team and in the interest of dull disclosure I have decided to blog about it.
It is tough when you are leading a team to know who is good and bad from the offset, but it is clear that even though mine, and the intentions of members of the team was to take Amazon in and be a member hers were not so.

Looking at many successful teams in the past of YuGiOh Online, or even sites, you always have someone running the show, or the energy behind the cause, someone that isn't afraid to make decisions, and should things go right over a period of time, the energy trickles down to the team mates or site staff and it in turn fuels a whole new energy within the organization.
People say that the Ego is a bad thing really cannot see how when you are a small fish in a big sea, you need someone to stand...

I notice a trend cropping up lately where certain sites tend to worship their staff members rather than see them for what they are. Staff. People there to run the site on a day to day basis, nothing more nothing less. people to help out, delete comments etc. Not a hard job?
Granted all staff have a certain amount of responsibility. But we have people who look up to authority figures to the point where
Now to admire the staff is fine if they are fair upstanding down to earth people, but...

The word elite in this game, is thrown around far too much. I personally don't like the word, from the outset to anyone you are trying to say you are better than them, and in my opinion until you get to know a person, you are in no right able to measure yourself to them with a clear thought. There are not many teams out there calling themselves elite that are truly formidable, not saying that these teams are all bad, far from it, most still need to learn more before they go claiming elitism against...

Fun title eh? Now to the topic at hand. Of late recent events have brought this topic to my mind, so I thought that I would share it with you all, basically trying to fix a big problem with a small fix? That is only half the topic, really what I am trying to get down to is, trying to fix an Axe wound with a band-aid when the person is already a dead rotting corpse.
Say if someone basically screwed you over for absolutely no good reason only to buffer themselves from their own paranoia which...
