Notice to all BP Buyers
 

Taken from the www.ygo-online-shop.com Chatbox, so it seems you cannot use BP from another persons account on your own.
This being said, BP Cards you buy will, as will Starter Passes and SMS.
The owners of YuGiOh Online shop have stated that only Phases 7-17 are effected by this and 1,18 and 19 are still fully in stock along with the Starter Pass.
I will update you on this the more I hear on this.

Does this mean that we cant buy from resellers anymore?

I checked and they were all available to me

Well I managed to buy some. Pay attention to the notice that they have up.
All your account information used to buy the passes needs to match the paypal information. I did not work until I updated my profile but I managed to successfully purchase after.

Unless they are selling actual BoosterPass Card Codes/StarterPasses no you cant it seems.

yea but we're talking about phases 2 - 16 the others should be fine, I bought some necromancer boosters and they were fine. I dont really understand what Konami is trying to do by phasing out the earlier duelpasses but I wouldnt panic too much about it.

I tried the latest booster pass and the DP16 and it turns out that unless you use a PAYPAL boosterpass for the account for which is was purchased it will not work. So in otherwords if I buy a pass for anyone of you it will not work. If I buy a pass for with one of my accounts for one of my other accounts that will not work either.

This is really, really. really stupid but it was intended (apparently) as a security measure. I guess a lot of people were creating bogus accounts with bogus paypal accounts in order to steal BPs.

I bought some from gamecards24x7.com and they worked out fine for me. These rules are getting tedious to try to stop scammers.

I tried gamecards as well this week. Getting it setup is a bit tedious as they will call to check your information but the service was excellent and more importantly the DPs worked. I got actual DPs from Germany.
